On Tuesday, July 25th, we had the pleasure of hosting the talented Chef Jack Yiannakou from Bistrot 55 in our backyard. During the workshop, we explored sustainable cooking practices and created tasteful plates from food usually left in our fridge.
This unforgettable event, made possible by the Youth Board of Cyprus’ funding, left us with an appreciation for utilizing every ingredient to its fullest potential.
